refunds, and what happens when something goes wrong

You are paying in USDT, which means the payment cannot be reversed by a bank on your behalf. That puts the burden on us to be clear about what we will do. So here it is, in order.

the hygiene rule

Once an insertable item has been opened or used it cannot be returned. Not because we are being difficult — it cannot be resold to anyone else, and no honest shop would. This is standard across the industry. Change of mind on an opened item is the one case we cannot cover.

what we always cover

It never arrived. If tracking shows no delivery within the window on our shipping page, we re-ship or refund. Your choice, not ours.

It arrived damaged. Send a photo. We replace it or refund it. We do not ask you to post a damaged item back across a border at your own cost.

We sent the wrong thing. Our mistake, our cost. Keep or return the wrong item as suits you; we will get you the right one.

It is materially different from what the page said. If the dimensions, weight or material do not match what we published, that is on us and it is refundable even if the item has been opened. We take this one seriously: in July 2026 we audited our own listings against supplier drawings, corrected the errors we found, and removed sixteen products from sale.

how a USDT refund works

You give us a TRC20 address and we send the refund there. The amount is the USD value of your order converted at the time we send it, less the network fee, which is normally well under a dollar. We do not hold a balance for you and we do not issue store credit unless you ask for it.

the window

Tell us within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the end of the shipping window if it never showed up. Beyond that, ask anyway — a late message is better than a quiet unhappy customer, and we would rather hear it.
